Get to an emergency room now if any of these appear after a head injury — even hours later:
- A headache that steadily worsens, or the worst of your life
- Repeated vomiting
- A seizure, or any loss of consciousness
- Growing confusion, or being difficult to wake
- Weakness, numbness, or tingling down one side
- Slurred speech, or double or blurred vision
- Clear fluid or blood draining from the nose or ears
